Hugo Pena is a Naval Mechanic Engineer contracted by CIRAMAR to work in the Commercial department and estimator.

He has experience in engineer estimator, vessel modification, setting of time required for vessel modification or repair. Hugo prepares weekly reports detailing the project expenses of work carried out during the accounting period and prepared cash flow projection.

Hugo Pena experience goes from preparing a estimating project to each of the details involve, such as time and money that each project will take, to discussing with the Production department of the project development to sitting down with the client to discuss the final invoice.

Hugo Pena work experience comes from working in Havana Shipyard, Cuba where he analyzed proposed vessel repair or modification job to evaluated shipyards' capacity to carry it out.
